Join us at 12pm, August 9th (Wednesday) at Dalnavert Museum as we welcome The Wildlife Haven Rehabilitation Centre and their guest birds a Great Horned Owl, and an American Kestrel. Along with showing off these lovely birds, they will be talking about the role they play in helping us understand wildlife stewardship. Learn about the important work they do at Wildlife Haven, including patient stories followed by a question and answer period.
A discussion about the biology and adaptations of their birds will also be included. This is part of What-To-Do-Wednesdays at Dalnavert all August long. The Wildlife at Dalnavert program is 45 min.
It's FREE to attend, but you can reserve your spot at reserve@dalnavertmuseum.ca or 204-943-2835.
