Safety Protocols

Although most provincial pandemic restrictions will be lifted by March 15th 2022, Dalnavert will maintain safety protocols until further notice.

During these uncertain times, we want to do everything we can to keep our community safe. At Dalnavert Museum and Visitors’ Centre, this means the following:

• Tours will be timed hourly and pre-booking is strongly encouraged through the booking engine.

• Staff, volunteers, and visitors are encouraged to mask while indoors.

• Tour capacity will remain at a maximum capacity of 5 in order to maintain
  a physical distance of two meters (except for brief exchanges) and except
  in cases where people are attending a tour together (e.g. a family cohort).

• Visitors are encouraged to self-screen in advance of their visit.

• Contactless payment is strongly encouraged.

• Visitors are asked to leave large backpacks/bags at home, and to check
  bags at the front desk before entering the historic house.

• Hand sanitizer and hand washing facilities will be available to all visitors.
