Dalnavert Museum is a national historic site built in 1895 on Treaty 1 land for Sir Hugh J. Macdonald, son of Sir John A. Macdonald, and his family. After 40 years as a boarding house, Dalnavert was restored to its original Victorian style, fully furnished with period artifacts and antiques rounded out with a handful of original Macdonald family pieces. Come walk through our hallowed halls and enjoy a glimpse into our Victorian Past!
Tours run throughout the day.
