Born and raised in the heart of the Métis homeland, Laurie's beadwork is a testament to her deep connection to her roots and her journey of cultural reconnection. Each participant will be guided to create a pair of unique earrings marking the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

As the sun sets, the historic house comes alive with tales of the past. Embark on a self-guided exploration of the museum and the incredible stories this Victorian mansion holds.
Our compelling journey will explore how scientific knowledge, technological advances, societal beliefs, and growing colonial trade routes shaped drug and medical culture in the 19th century in ways that are both familiar and strange.

Join us for Dalnavert Days, a free community celebration of our 50th anniversary! This community festival will feature maker market on Saturday and Sunday mornings, a concert on the veranda on the Saturday evening, and family-friendly activities throughout. Explore the museum for free between 10am and 4pm both days.
